India Tape is not so much my creation as it is that of many indian flute players, and Tom Whitwell who designed the "Turing Machine" and "Radio Music" modules without which I could never have done that.

When I lived in Japan, I once was in a temple in Yokohama's Chinatown. There was a fireplace, and somebody next to it was selling bundles of about a hundred pages of the same written prayer. I bought one without knowing exactly what it was, then I realized you had to place them next to the fire, and watch the sheets get sucked in, one by one, and flow away, turning into ashes.
