Varyag Band was the drunken dream of two pal's Chris and Rob many many years ago. It started as a jam in Chris's house and to be honesty has not changed in 8 years. We always end up drunk every time we get together to write songs. Some of these songs were written together semi sober and a lot written by Rob when he got his new PC. The name Varyag comes from a ship that ended up sunk of the coast of Girvan, Ayrshire, Scotland. This is no where near us as a band but loved the name.
