This is a Bi-weekly pod cast of my current show entitled " Live & Improvised " this is not a DJ set. As the title says the music is performed live and is improvised. This means the music is made up on the spot. Each show is unique and what is heard will never be reproduced again. It is a personal Journey between me and the people present at my performance. The Pod Casts i post will be mostly from my shows on the road and will vary in time. sit back and enjoy the chemistry between creating and experiencing live electronic music.

This was a special one for me. Losing both parents a year apart has been rough. I took time off from playing music but coming back up for air with another opportunity to close out Sunset Campout--the best party in the world--with friends and family meant everything to me. Feels appropriate to post this one on Thanksgiving as I couldn't be more grateful to have all you nice people in my life. As always, a huge thank you to Solar and Galen for having me back and all of the Campout team for making it happen. I spent years pulling tunes for this one so I hope you enjoy listening as much a I enjoyed making it.

Vasil Hristov is a DJ, audio/mastering engineer and record producer with over 28 years of experience.

It all started in 1995 when he became obsessed with electronic music and decided to pursue a career path as a DJ performer and music producer. 
In 1998, Vasil became a resident at one of the biggest clubs on the Balkans at the time called B52 and a year later (1999) he already had his first album presented at the European Month of Culture Festival in Plovdiv.

Vasil’s passion for electronic music was so strong that all he wanted was to share it with his friends and fans. As a result he started organizing free underground parties and open airs in Plovdiv between year 1997 and 2001 . 

Between 2005 and 2009, he wrote reviews of Vinyl records for his own “Deep Tech House” chart (at this moment there are no such style on Beatport or Juno ) in the HiFi magazine as well as articles about Pro Audio Hardware. 

He’s been working as an audio engineer since 2005, and in 2011 he founded Deeper Dimensions - a series of mixes with tracks of some of the most talented producers of deep,  and deep-tech house music. Later another one was born with the name - "Loft In Space".  In year 2022 he started new mix series called "TATUL" strictly for minimal/breakbeat/electronic sound . The mixes are with cosmic flavor capable of taking you to a journey through space and deeper consciousness. 

He works as a broadcast record manager for cinema productions as well as adverts and tv production, also doing audio post-production in his studio.
For several years he's been dealing with analog/digital mastering for Vinyl and Digital records.
This completely closes the circle in the realm of sound!

Vasil has always been seeking balance in every aspect of life, which is why he aims at combining technology and music production into one perfect symbiosis.
