New private playlist

The name of this mix and the way it progresses and evolves throughout as the music flow reflects my state of being over the past few months starting with the late autumn of 2017. One could say life is filled with ups and downs, i would say that the important thing is to keep exploring in order to grow. A good analogy would be surfing, sometimes you ride the wave, other times you're under the water, yet it's fun and challenging. 

It was also part of an application for Shankra Festival in Switzerland so the track selection was intended to be more melodic, but without having fixed idea the result was quite surprising for me too. Goes up, in the middle part changes the mood and takes new directions. Let it surprise you. BPM is 144.

Kaos aka Dimitris is a psychedelic trance music producer born in Greece in 1979.
Motivated and inspired by the psychedelic trance parties and culture since the middle '90s.

he started exploring the world of computer music in 2004.
In 2008, the first Kaos track was released by Goanmantra Recs. on "Psynostra" compilation.

Since then, there have been many releases on various music labels such as Temple Twister Recs., Seraaphaana Recs., Parvati Recs., Discovalley Recs., Insomnia Recs., and more.

Kaos also appears in collaborations with artists like Stranger (as Strange Kaos), Polyphonia (as Polykaos) and more.

A split album with Stranger (Strange Kaos - Above the World) was released by Goanmantra Recs. in the year 2012, and the first solo album of Kaos with the title " Students Of Anthropology" was released by Insomnia Records in 2018.

Here is the set i played at Shankra to honor our great friend and labelmate Bruno, Module Virus who passed away after battling with cancer. It was a magical moment,  the second the set was over it started raining. This set contains some of his best of, collaborations, recent and unreleased work. Big thanks to Mahi from Shankra for suggesting this set in his memory, Bom Shanka music for providing me with music which was released on their label, where Bruno was a member for many years - unfortunately i couldn't load that batch in time. Big thanks to Boom Festival and Ozora - you fullfilled his lifetime dreams by giving his music the stage he dreamed of since he started making music.  Much thanks also for everyone who supported Bruno in his too short but colorful life. It made him happy to play his music to people and see them dance. Agz is the project of the 24 year old Agge Vinther, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Agge has been in the danish scene around a decade, but even so it took him many years before he learned the arts of disk-jockeying. In 2015 he bought a pioneer djm 400 and two belonging cdj’s 400, with a friend, and started what ended up as his most important quest. Two years later at nye 17/18 he played his ﬁrst gig as a vs set with his good pal Osvald/OxyFlux. And from that day until now, time has not stood still in his calendar. Playing most parties and festivals in Denmark throughout the past years, World People Productions binoculars found him after he played a gig in Spain, and got him signed in November 2018. Growing up in a musical environment, as his dad played a jazz inspired rock band, his ears was exposed to many diﬀerent genres which gave him a wide taste in music and later his style of playing and mixing. He likes to mix the organic with the mechanic, having both heavy, raw and groovy basslines, but most importantly to keep it psychedelic and playfull. These days he is working on his ﬁrst compilation called Glitching, which is going to be released later this year at Protoned Music. It’s going to diﬀer from 147-152 bpm morning, night and twilight trance, with music from friends, exciting newcomers and some of his favorite producers.

REFOCUS is Zahaan Khan originally from Kashmir (India). Fascinated by psychedellic culture, He felt a strong connection listening to psy trance which led to critical listening a ppreciation of the music and a basic understanding of the driving beats and hypnotic sounds of psy trance. His frequent trips to Goa from 2010-2013 during his stay in Pune India led to a better understanding of the whole psy trance scene and its roots It was in 2015 when he decided to study Electronic Music Production at ILM Academy in Gurgaon (New Delhi) exposing him to sound synthesis,tools and technology of music production, turning his ideas into sounds.
