Paris’ dc11 is back on data roaming records with a solo ep this time. Three original tracks and a remix by Jacobworld. Hello Sunshine is a full forward loop that takes no time to bring you up to speed, raspy and punchy. Deep is all rolling bass and has a subaquatic edge to it while still remaining forceful and dancefloor oriented. The EP’s title track is a mostly percussive affair, summoning the mighty power of the drum machine with reverbs breathing in and out for added atmosphere. Finally, Jacobworld’s remix of Deep makes you want to plunge head first into the night, managing to up the pressure from the original track while making it even… deeper.

I tend to overstuff my tracks, no difference with this one. Always been doing this. If things fit over one another musically, I put them on top of one another. But this is very often a mistake. Here, I am very unsure if it is wise to put the robot chorus on top of the house chords. Right now, I am considering dropping the vocoder vocals altogether and replacing them with some female vocals; some soft voice that creates a contra to the techno sound.

When producer Matías Bagato and his alter ego Phraell released Meeting Point in 2024, the track stood out for its balance of groove and simplicity — a subtle exercise in rhythm and restraint. The new remix package revisits that foundation through three distinct lenses, each revealing a different facet of its minimalist DNA.

Le Martz’s version turns up the heat: the bassline thickens, the kick lands heavier, and the percussion locks into a driving pulse made for crowded rooms at peak hour. Miguel Rosati takes the opposite route, stripping the track back into something lean and hypnotic — dry drums, flickering hi-hats, and a gradual build that rewards patience. Finally, D.S. injects texture, layering atmospheric pads and reverberant claps that bring emotional depth without diluting the original’s functional clarity.

Across all three remixes, the production quality is sharp and consistent, maintaining the polished yet unpretentious aesthetic that defines Bagato’s work. Meeting Point (The Remixes) doesn’t aim to reinvent the track; instead, it extends its lifespan across the dance floor spectrum — from intimate warm-ups to high-intensity sets.
