Ben Reymann has quickly made a name for himself with his approach to driving techno, often originating from his Eurorack modular synthesizer. His music is often characterized by echoing bell-like  and FM-sounds, slow and fluid tention build-ups and a healthy mix between newer and more old-school elements. It has gained the recognition of labels such as K S R, Dstm and its sublabel the Purist and Pengan. Besides his own music, he is also co-founder of the label rhythmwerk.

This podcast is full of driving and rolling rhythms, accompanied by clever sound-design throughout.

Next to running her own label DMF (Dark Machine Funk), she has also released her music on prominent labels like Blueprint, Symbolism, Don’t Be Afraid and more.

La carrera de Arnaud se remonta a 1990, cuando comenzó a gestionar tiendas de discos y a construir lo que hoy es un enorme archivo de conocimiento, gusto y dedicación musical a su nombre. Su residencia en el Queen de París y sus memorables actuaciones en todo el mundo perfeccionaron las habilidades de DJ de Arnaud, lo que le dio un lugar en la escena techno mundial, donde continúa siendo hasta el día de hoy una figura destacada. 

Desde 1999, Arnaud produjo diferentes EPs y remezclas para Soma, Edit Select, Children of Tomorrow, Affin, Symbolism, Materia, Cocoon o Suara entre muchos otros. El productor francés ha pasado años cultivando su techno crudo con un sonido hipnótico que muestra sus excepcionales habilidades de producción. Además, junto a Antonio de Angelis forman el dúo Detect Audio, y desde hace cuatro años presenta un programa de radio mensual en Maxximum Radio llamado “Global Techno”. 

Arnaud es uno de los verdaderos veteranos de la escena musical underground de Londres.

BLUE WAVES I KESSIE I 093

After nearly a decade of experimenting with electronic music, Kessie @gabri996 originally from London, now based in Leeds, is gaining recognition for her DJ sets. They are groovy, intricate and hypnotic with syncopated melodies    

Being hard of hearing, she has a particularly physical relationship with sound, reflected in her music selections. Kessie's passion for all things weird and wonderful inspires her to continue refining her signature sound resulting in a unique dancefloor experience. As well as holding residencies at Leeds queer club night Love Muscle and London's techno collective Structure, she has performed at clubs such as Fold, Perron, Open Ground and Berghain.

For this podcast, Kessie offers us a smoothly paced mix of colorful and seductive grooves, with darker cuts thrown in for good measure.

SPND20 Mixtape by Yan Cook

Francesco De Luca, also known as Deluka, is an Italian DJ, producer and the founder of the Berlin-based record label, No Signal Records. His style is a unique blend of groovy textures and hypnotic elements, resulting in pulsating rhythms and captivating patterns in both his mixes and productions. 

Originally from Naples, his musical journey began at a young age with a love for house records and turntables. Over time, he was drawn to the captivating sounds of techno, taking inspiration from legends like Jeff Mills and Robert Hood, eventually adopting the alias Deluka.

 In 2011, he moved to Berlin. As Francesco De Luca, he spent several years as a resident DJ at prestigious venues like Chalet and OHM's Same Bitches Party. In 2018, he made his mark in the techno scene with debut releases on the labels Estetika and 4TRKS, curated by DJ Hyperactive. Transitioning to his techno project as Deluka, he established No Signal Records through the release of the EP "Echos" in 2021. Since then, the label has released 8 EPs, collaborating with acclaimed artists like Amotik and Orbe. 

Additionally, No Signal Records has expanded into a physical store located in the Friedrichshain neighborhood. 

Driven by a relentless dedication to exploring and pushing boundaries, Deluka persistently experiments and refines his mixing technique and productions. His groundbreaking music has graced esteemed labels such as AMOTIK+, KSR, Future Architecture and SK11 reinforcing his reputation as a pioneering figure in the techno scene, alongside his emotional and intriguing DJ sets.

This set was such a special one to us both, Stone Techno took place near Essen in Germany in a beautiful Unesco site. 
On top of the decors being so breathtaking the energy of the crowd was totally unmatched!
