Here is a meditation I created for lightworkers. You can use this to magnetise towards you your Soul Purpose & Destiny. I’ve used this throughout my journey, especially when I was setting up my spirituality meet-up group in London. I Invoke The Light Within Me Prayer

This is a prayer to meet your Fears, Doubts, Worries, Concerns that are both conscious and unconscious within, with acceptance. This already can give a sense of peace by bringing them into the light. We will then move into asking the Divine for support in revealing the treasures from these experiences and releasing the burdens we may be carrying where necessary. We will close with affirming a new reality intention of how we would like to move forward, asking Great Spirit to support us in trusting all that we experience

Golden White Light Cleanse - For Purification & Release

What is the White Shadow? Traditionally we know the shadow as being the unconscious aspect of who we are, representing what we repress. This in itself is a key to healing and growth. The White Shadow can be seen as the idealised persona we present to the world and it becomes especially prevalent in the spiritual movement. Here we may feel that to be spiritual we have to be humble, less than and not reveal that we have any personal or selfish desires. Recognising and owning our white shadow can be a difficult thing to do as it takes us to a place where we truly have to look in the mirror. The White Shadow - A Key to Living an Authentic Life

What if there is a different healing journey for those already spiritually inclined? One that contradicts the general focus of mainstream spiritual healing?

This session is perhaps the most important in understanding the nature of all what I share through these podcasts. It is the framework for looking at what needs healing in a very different way…

For along time on my spiritual path I focused on developing what I determined were 'spiritual aspects', disregarding what I had determined were 'unspiritual traits'. Over time I had many issues with reality which I spent much time trying to heal - such as fears of being seen, playing it small, wanting (later attracting) money, being ungrounded, poor boundaries, lack of motivation, commitment, discipline, relationship issues... It wasn't until I began to question my perspective on healing itself that opened me up to finally healing them.

Unity consciousness will turn everything on its head in order for us to truly integrate. This session explores this and offers a way of healing that incorporates unity consciousness - embracing our polar opposites.

Turning Spirituality on its head: Unity Consciousness Healing

The Alternative movement is an incredible movement expanding the way we think about reality and the nature of consciousness itself. The mainstream as we may call it, refers to what we refer to as normal, what is traditional, what society accepts. For a long time I believed the alternative movement was the only path towards expanding consciousness. Yet as unity consciousness reveals to us, things are not black and white.

What role does the mainstream have in teaching us how to balance? What gifts and treasures lay in our polar opposite? What judgements do we have towards what is normal? Can we in fact progress if we are perceiving society as being a certain way? Why are we triggered by polarised themes? Using health as an example, explore how our perspective can greatly influence our personal spiritual transformation.

Alternative Vs Mainstream

Why is it when we embark on a beautiful intention to heal ourselves and grow, to become more loving...that we can actually become more critical of ourselves? How can spiritual growth and healing lead to a more self critical and self judgmental mindset? What can this actually reveal to us about another way to view ourselves?

Morning Prayer: Opening Blessing with Universe

These are Affirmations for Self Love. All Affirmations used here were used by myself to assist in emerging from depression - they are created with love, to act as a daily reminder of what you are capable of, recondition your subconscious with higher philosophies of love, offer channelled energies to awaken your Soul and initiate a more multidimensional form of alignment. 

Listen either consciously - at home or on the way to work - or unconsciously (whilst sleeping). With affirmations, as they begin to embed and we begin to believe them, our perspectives of life changes = our reality changes. What is so beautiful about affirmations is that they allow us to receive the affirmative support, love, wisdom that we deserve on a daily basis. We are so ready to criticise and judge ourselves - which is being heard by our subconscious (inner chid) and written into stories, affecting our lives. 10 Miraculous Minutes: Remember Who You Are ♥ Guided Visualisation

During these times we are being asked to Choose to vibrate out to the Universe which reality we want to live in. This has been termed in many ways - the Two Timelines, Diverging Realities, 5D and 3D. Naturally as a planetary species ascends, that choice will become more difficult because the higher energies require more work to attain. however we are given this choice in each moment and if you desire it even 0.001% you will be taken on the journey towards it. During these times, the timelines are making a huge divergent vibrational separation and its a critical time for us to anchor ourselves within the frequency we want. This is a choice that is undertaken by each individual, to honour Sovereign Soul Choice. This visualisation/transmission has been created to help anchor you into this higher loving frequency vibration. (Daily practice of Self Work of any kind has the same effect)

Compassion & Gratitude are the divine frequencies being used throughout this session.

I recorded this on 22/2 which is a stargate portal day, a day where the veil is thiner and energies are higher (you may feel you have real difficulty sleeping on days such as these). Prayer of Forgiveness & Peace

This visualisation has been created to help Clear your Energy Field from low vibrational energies you may have picked up from your environment, other people, conversations, emails, electromagnetic interference from devices, mass media. As well as from your own personal transitions that may still be in your field. As well as clearing negative energies and entities, attachments; and disengaging from the fear vibration in mass consciousness.

We live in a world where we are naturally working with negative and fear vibrations, in order to transmute it. And its still important we engage in the world - yet from a much stronger, centered place - where we are not negatively empathically affected as much. How do we know if we are? We feel drained and exhausted.

So this has been created to help maintain a healthy clear and strong energy field. This can be listened to at any point through the day (beginning and end recommended if you are feeling exceptionally low, or affected by external situations). We are currently picking up far more than normal, due to increased sensitivity and increased release by the populace.

This visualisation includes a journey through 4 Waterfalls. Each waterfall has a specific vibration and frequency to assist with deeper clearing & also an activation of higher consciousness at the end.

Daily Prayer For Alignment, Spiritual Connection & Synchronicity

This is a meditation / prayer for the Evening before sleep. It provides a Clearing for the days energies, thoughts, ideas. A place to disengage from what has happened yet also reflect back upon the day with love, acceptance, kindness and forgiveness. This sets the tone for a restful sleep. I created this because every day it is natural: to feel, think, contemplate, analysis, judge, be at a whim of your insecurities, fears, and ideas, concepts, influence. The myriad of life’s daily experience. Yet all of this is can settle as chaotic within the subconscious unless disengaged from ~ through meditation or prayerful intention work. Use this to clear your mind, give permission to your body to rest and enter the magic of sleep with peace in your heart and soul.
