Christopher Ledger is the second guest of our In Focus series, right ahead of his first showing at Platforma Wolff on 12.11.2022.

Whether it's his slick accomplished studio work or his natural skills behind the booth, Christopher Ledger does both quite well. A humble but talented artist, dedicated to his craft and with a keen sense for different shades of music, he has already amassed stand-out releases on Amphia, Meander, Brouqade and collaboratios on DIAL and Sushitech; not to mention his own imprint, CL Series.

His DJ sets are known to be eclectic in their nature whilst stacked with unknown jams, much coveted unreleased tracks and sown together with unobvious classics creating a journey for listeners altogether filled with an array of vivid sounds.

Still somewhat of a slight unknown quantity despite already having played dance floors around the world, this music collector with a refined taste in selection and killer DJ sense is soon to become a household name.

PW In Focus is a series of mixtapes aimed at introducing DJs, selectors in performers that played out DJ Bar in the recent past or are set to do so in the near future.

Samuel Andre Madsen known to most as S.A.M. and one third of the mighty Mandar is someone who we admire greatly here at ONE for their slick, timeless productions and impeccable DJ skills. 

As a producer their prolific discography speaks for itself with releases that have been highly acclaimed within the underground and also crossed over to bigger more mainstream audiences.

As a DJ they always delivers fluent journeys on the dancefloor that speak to the head as much as the body. 

For this reason we asked S.A.M. to come out of a long podcast hiatus and record us a brand new mix feat lots of unreleased music that is forthcoming and some that will probably never see the light of day. 

We are really proud to present this smooth flowing, high energy mix that will be sure to get your toes tapping and necks snapping.

His sublime choices from his timeless record collection knows no bounds and his sets are so revered that he is able to straddle a great many genres with ease. He has hooked up with Eli Verveine, an artist that is also very adept at reading the room and delivering just the right piece of wax at the right time, but always with enough of a twist to keep the dancefloor guessing and more important locked in the groove. Vince Lemieux is one of these Dj's Dj. Holding one of my top and most admirable mixing techniques, impeccable track selection, this is a guy that can dj anything from Disco to House to Techno and beyond. Since he has now joined the Toi.Toi.Agency I wanted to put a mix out and considering it was at this event we decided to work together I found mostly appropriate to put this recording out. This set completely blew my mind in what was, a very memorable night to us all. 

Get Perlonized is generally held at Panorama Bar but this edition was held in the downstairs floor of Hoppetosse, a room set up with the Martion horns and Bullfrog speakers personally installed by its creator. (more info here: www.residentadvisor.net/features/2312). 

Sammy Dee, Akufen, Zip and Vincent Lemieux guided us through this night, not so hard to see why this event was so memorable,we were in a sonic experience like no other.

After several excellent performances on Dutch soil the last few years - with cherry-on-top 'Wildeburg Festival' this summer - Kristina is now treating us with a 1,5 hour capture of her signature sound. This session was recorded at her home turf Port in Odessa, during the VBX hosting this summer. Listen to it and you will get a glimpse of how her flawless selection of bouncy grooves set the mood of the night, before Z@P and Ferro took over the controls.
