"Refraktometria" was produced by a two producers team from the ZATHRA collective: Internal Observer https://soundcloud.com/ntrnl-bsrvr and 8R0 https://soundcloud.com/spoonworks. In the collective, they represent sounds oscillating around dark forms of dance music.

The produced tracks refer in their rawness to the industrial roots of techno. It is a trip full of loops of machine sounds, devoid of any unnecessary embellishments, and at the same time it lacks typical references to accepted standards. All tracks on this EP have been created in a way that leaves room for further sonic experimentation for any creative DJ. The direct inspiration for recording four tracks for this EP were images of light refraction of substances, the determination of whose coefficients is used to study their physicochemical properties. Hence its name - Refraktometria.

Luska, dj y músico del sur de Madrid, ha estudiado música desde muy pequeña y cuenta con la formación completa de conservatorio. Ha visitado las cabinas de Moog y The Bassement entre otras. Su apuesta en el club está marcada por el conocimiento musical y por una clara preferencia por el vinilo y por el mundo analógico. Su reciente inmersión en la producción musical está enfocada a aunar todo el entendimiento y conciencia musical que ha construido con esmero durante toda su vida.

En este set brilla la versatilidad estilística, mostrando transiciones entre ritmos rotos, acid y tintes de trance.

Luska, dj and musician from the south of Madrid, has studied music since she was very young and has a full conservatory education. She has visited the booths of Moog and The Bassement among others. Her bet in the club is marked by musical knowledge and a clear preference for vinyl and the analog world. His recent immersion in music production is focused on bringing together all the understanding and musical awareness he has painstakingly built throughout his life.

Stylistic versatility shines in this set, showing transitions between broken beats, acid and trance tinges.

LISAS is a DJ emerging from the New York techno scene whose expertise spans a multitude of roles. From working as sound engineer in recording studios alongside artists such as David Byrne, Floating Points, Oneohtrix Point Never, to performing and touring in the band The Rapture, and producing music for the Ayama NYFW SS24 fashion show; all while repairing vintage analog synthesizers and outboard gear, and managing production for raves and large scale events-the many layers of her journey are diverse and captivating.
Her foray into DJing - an evolution grounded in her extensive knowledge and boundless curiosity of sound, has become the focal point of her current ascent, where sheʼs known to unleash an array of striking selections.
In her own words, her blend of “post-apocalyptic arpeggiators and mermaid synthesisˮ fuses groovy techno with sizzling bursts of electro, driving trance, heady IDM, glossy breaks, subwoofer growling bass music, and anthemic rave weapons draped in lush emotive synthscapes. Her colorful and dynamic style has earned her a coveted residency at Brooklynʼs bastion of excellence, The Lot Radio, along with gigs across top clubs and notorious underground parties across the world, as well as features on notable mix series and major FM radio stations.
