i have felt that anxiety and 
thoughts that I don't like to think about 
consume me more and more
away from my emotions
music, such a significant and valuable 
object in my daily life,
way to express my emotions, 
At the threshold of my being, fragmented,
where light and shadow intertwine,
I dwell, a dissociated spectrum,
in a cosmos that barely embraces me.
I sail seas of a fragmentary self,
where each wave is a thought,
and in each crest, a solitary world,
a piece of my being, carried by the wind.
I live in the echo of my own voice,
echoing in the cavern of my mind,
a foreign sound, which is not me,
a cry of my essence, which is felt.
My eyes see the world, distorted,
colors and shapes, senselessly mixed,
a kaleidoscope, cruelly fragmented,
mirrors of a soul, in broken pieces.
