Rock Star

Something I was working on when I was playing around with one of my VSTs. It's not something I would finish because I'm not sure what I would do with it, but it still sounds awesome :D

Uprun [Demo]

I was playing around with sequences for a remix, and one thing lead to another, I ended up with this! :D

I could have made it longer, but it was already repetitive as it was (not that that's a bad thing ;P) and didn't want to make it longer than it had to. I think it sounds really nice, and this could go well with a game, or something ;D

Aftermath

Well... I tried to be cool and do something 80's themed because I've been wanting to for a while, but... This just sounds like a big no no.
I like the rhythm, but everything else is eugh. Still, I've gotten a lot of praise from my friends, which is good enough :D

Whether I'll finish this or not, who knows o.o

I dug this up from the depths of my folder, polished it, and tweaked a couple of sounds! I totally forgot how awesome this sounded.

I've been going on an Elite binge lately, and I started digging around on Thargoids. I had an idea of what the mothership would probably sound like, so here's what I came up with!

The sound at the end is, again, my idea of what a Thargoid itself would sound like. I know they're insect creatures, but still, it sounds really cool!

Thargoid Mothership

I made an interdiction noise using existing sound assets from Elite Dangerous. I'm a newbie at sound design, so anything new for me to make is hard for me to do. One of the major, familiar sounds being the Capital Ship's entry :P

Still, tried giving it a really... atmospheric, ohshitimdead kind of thing. I think I did a nice job overall!

Thargoid Interdiction

It's still the same thing, with some added sounds for the 'singing' artefact/probe that could happen whilst traveling in witchspace. I tried making a Thargon ship with sound from another video, which might have been removed (or I can't find it), but I think this one sounds kind of better, in my opinion.

Thargoid Interdiction V2

I figure I'd end it at the 3rd iteration, since we'll be getting a real taste of what Thargoids and their interdictions will be like soon™.

Either way, even more proud than the last, I'm seriously happy with this. The actual Thargoid ship coming after you drop out is from a black hole (dubiously crediting Amorphous for the sound, which can be found here https://soundcloud.com/mason-amorphous-taylor/thargoids), so it's nothing really officially alien. Otherwise, I hope we all fail gloriously to our new insect overlords \o/
