In this milestone fiftieth episode of the Just Checking In Podcast, we had to go big. 

So our Founder Freddie Cocker invited his best mate of over 23 years, James Lamb, onto the pod for a check-in.

James is a HR professional and co-founder of the 'Goals Don't Move' Podcast, the self-described best Premier League podcast on the internet. 

In this pod we discussed how GDM started, James's sporting journey, his love of Formula 1 and his experiences of rumination and overthinking anxiety. 

We also discussed James and Freddie's friendship, the highs, the lows and some memories neither of them had ever spoken about before.
