From P&G’s Innovation Centre in Newcastle to the Nissan factory in Sunderland, STEM is one of the North East’s biggest assets. But with certain tech companies in the region recently reporting gender pay gaps of almost 30%, it’s clear that there’s a whole lot to be done before we’re seeing true diversity within the industry.
