"Immersion" is the debut album by Verlatour, entirely composed for a new form of ambitious and innovative live performance: "Immersion Live" is an unprecedented interactive and participatory electro performance, awarded under the European Real-in Music & Innovation project, where the audience is as much a participant as a spectator of the show.

Marked by a controlled fusion of analog synths, acoustic/electronic drums, guitars, and enhanced vocals, this new 9-track opus from Verlatour is an introspective and sensitive delight, tinted with a modern synthwave vibe fueled by industrious creativity that leans towards both the dancefloor and the imaginative realm.

The dramaturgy and stage design of the spectacle formed the foundation for the creation of this first full-length opus of Electro/Indie cinematic music by the hyperactive musician and producer (known for works like Synchros for Louis Vuitton, the feature film "The Ultimate Playlist of Noise," the Netflix series "Never Have I Ever," and the soundtrack of the series "Bref").

From the MEET in Milan during Fashion Week (Italy) to the Institute of the Arts in Barcelona (Spain), the D.A Fest in Sofia (Bulgaria), the Théâtre Antipolis Anthéa in Antibes, and festivals like Année Zero, Haute Fréquence, Rêveries, etc., IMMERSION has been featured in numerous events across Europe.

Immersion est le 1er album de Verlatour, qui a été entièrement composé pour une nouvelle forme de live ambitieux et novateur :

Un nouvel Ep impétueux, et fougueux ou les rythmiques - plus radicales - flirtent avec des basses incandescentes et saturées (Echec et Mat - Révolte), ou l’électro contemplative aux visions fantasmagoriques du premier opus se sont transformées en une créature maléfique sur le second (Alone), laissant place à une musique bien plus sauvage et nocturne (Dissidence – La Traque). "

After" Romance ", Verlatour returns with the second piece of his diptych:" Violence ". A new impetuous and fiery Ep, where the more radical rhythms, flirt with incandescent and saturated basses (Echec et Mat - Révolte), where the contemplative electro and the phantasmagoric visions of the first opus have turned into an evil creature on the second (Alone), leaving room for much more wild and nocturnal music (Dissidence - La Traque). "

Verlatour blows the heat again at the beginning of autumn with this nu-dicso remix for the Malian group Bamba Wassoulou Groove and the track Gonifo Bourama from their latest album Farima: 
The original track with its "Bambara" pulsation, the sorcerer groove of guitars and percussion, raised by Ousmane Diakité's generous singing, drifts under Verlatour's electro-funk imprint - a real dancing machine - which offers a version with overflowing energy while subtly witnessing the vertiginous melodic and dancing attractions of Malian music. The result is a bright track that transports the warm 80's suns into your fall.  
To be released this September 28th on the prestigious French Jazz label Label Bleu (Henri Texier, Bojan Zulfikarpasic, Julien Lourau, Magic Malik, Vincent Ségal Steve Coleman etc)
