Vermont Community Access Media (or VCAM) is a non-commercial community media center located in Burlington’s South End.  

VCAM exists to promote free speech, civic engagement, government transparency and public dialogue by giving listeners like you easy access to the expanding world of non-commercial media.

VCAM provides any resident of Chittenden County with free training to use state of the art television, film, and audio production equipment and editing software to create any non-commercial media project.  You then get to share the finished product on Chittenden County (Vermont) TV’s on cable channel 15 and the web.  

VCAM staff also offer weekly workshops on how to use all the gear and how to make top notch community media projects --- and it is all absolutely free.

With over 60 regular shows and countless one-time projects like documentaries, full-length films, podcasts, and even PSAs like this one, VCAM is the place to go when you want to learn how or expand your media making skills.
