Fresh and brand new Trancefusions episode!!!!!

It's been almost 3 years since the last proper episode was presented and as we all know, the world has changed so much in that time.
I mention some of this in the intro of this podcast, it has been quite a journey while being absent and the entire approach of Trancefusions has evolved into something far more personal and meaningful. The overall workload of two podcasts, full time job and music production back in 2017/2018 eventually led to shelving Trancefusions and cancelling Progressive Evolution Theory.
I'm very happy to be return to the podcast game and able to share my own productions, mixed and presented with music from artists that we have loved and admired.

Deepersense Music features heavily in this set and it's something that will continue well into the future. There is an incredible stable of artists on there and they're releasing fantastic original music. This has even been mentioned my John 00 Fleming on Joof Radio.

Another reason why this episode is so special is being able to share music from my very good friend Clinton Stibbs but you will get to know him as Substrate C. For as long as I've known him, Clint has shown amazing talent and ability with his music productions and it makes me very happy finally see his productions being noticed, appreciated and signed to Deepersense Music.

Episode 36 will be very special and I will be looking to get a great lineup of guest DJ's and artists for the 7th/3rd year of Trancefusions.

Hello again and welcome back for another episode of Trancefusions. It's taking longer and longer to get these sets out and to think they used to be monthly back around 2016!!!

I'm back with a three hour journey through all kinds of styles of music. I am away from home and don't have the set list with me. But this is a blessing in disguise as nothing will be given away. What I will say is that the set does take a number of different twists and turns, which I hope you will all enjoy. 

The first hour was featured on CJ Art's Deepersense Music Showcase, Guest Mix. Such an honour and privilege to have an opportunity to share some music that has shaped my journey as a DJ over the.  The three hour version is how it was supposed to be enjoyed.

Hello everyone and welcome back,

A pretty short turn around since last month's episode, but Episode 002 is too good to just sit on it,  so why wait right. Many thanks for tuning in last month, I received a few messages from you guys and I appreciate the great feedback.

So this month's progressive pick starts off quite a lot lighter with some feel good progressive and deep house to kick things off. The turbo mix is a selection of pretty recent pounding psy-trance. I'm showcasing Liquid Soul for the DJ/Feature Set, it begins with a progressive trance feel with a hint of psy in there. It then moves into the more modern psy trance sound that we are all familiar with.

TRANCEFUSIONS 003 - PROGRESSIVE PICKS 2014 YEAR MIX (PART 1)

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Trancefusions, as always a really big thanks to everyone that has streamed and downloaded previous podcasts. It's great to be getting comments and messages from you all, so keep them coming :-)

So as 2014 came to a close, I've taken a close look at the tracks collected during the year and I've compiled a set that will most probably be about 4 hours long. Throughout the course of 2015, I will be sprinkling 1 hour progressive feature sets. Since the second hour will be at a slower pace, I've ramped up the 2 mini mixes and put together a trancey mix, followed by a harder break beat/trance/psy set.

One of the really enjoyable things in doing this show is being able to share new productions from DJ/Producer friends from around the world. The opening track - Playing With Fire featured in the second turbo mix was produced by friend Kris Ellissentials. He has been a DJ and producer for about 15 years, this latest release has done extremely well on the beatport charts at the end of last year.

Hello Everyone and it's great to have you here again for another Trancefusions episode.

I would firstly like to thank you all for the likes, comments and shares for last month's episode featuring Moshic. It recently hit over 1000 plays and it's wonderful to see, your interest and support is greatly appreciated.

This month's episode has a nice selection of deep dark techno in the progressive picks and the trancefusion #2 has some great progressive trance grooves. A particular is a brand new release from Daniel Lesden - Human Simulation. I have also dropped a classic progressive trance track in there, those that remember the glory days of trance will appreciate this one.

The feature set is a selection of a variety of favourite tracks in my library. It moves through a range of sub-genres, starting quite low key and relaxed, it then moves into a more progressive trance feel and works its way to a progressive psytrance finish.

Trancefusions005 - Essentials Mix #1

I've got a really great show this month as I am featuring Ace Ventura in the second hour with some banging psytrance. 

In order to balance the show out I've gone for a pretty chilled and mellow feel for both mini mixes. This leaves all the banging stuff for the feature set.

Ace Ventura aka Yoni Oshrat comes from Israel, a place where some of the best electronic music producers come from. Ace Ventura has been in the trance music scene for a very long time and has a huge body of work. His signature dark pounding basslines and trippy melodies will get any psytrance raver going.

Alessandro's Bio
Alessandro began his career in 2008. His passion for the music pushed him to enter in the world of DJ-ing and electronic music production.

His musical influences vary from rock, metal, electronic. But his real passion is mainly Techno and Psytrance. 
Over the years, Alessandro, released singles on quite a few famous techno labels such as Italo Business, Gate Null, JOOF, Binary404 to name a few.
 
He made his name in production and his music is now being played everywhere around the globe, after this came the first international gigs and radio broadcasts . His passion for the music and genius productions is marked by his very own signature and style.
His drive and motivation is to improve and innovate his production and offer the best in music.

Hello there and welcome to this very special back to back studio set mixed by myself and Chris Hynds. We both currently create podcasts dedicated to underground trance, progressive, techno and psytrance. We actually have a similar sound so it seemed like the right idea to get together and create a back to back mix called - Subconscious.

I've long admired Chris as a DJ and his collection of Deeper Shades of Trance is definitely worth checking out. His latest podcast Underground Therapy has been experiencing quite a bit of success as he's landed quite a few guest mixers on the show.

This 3 hour musical journey is going to take you through some techno, progressive trance, breaks and even some psytrance. This set is really for those who are serious about their underground music as you will be taken on  musical subconsious safari

Progressive Evolution Theory # 6

After well over 6 months away from the decks and podcast uploads, it feels very good to be back doing Trancefusions once again.
Overall I've been fairly quiet on Facebook, productivity is a big plus from not being on there as much, but it was also through necessity as life has been very hectic for the last 4 months or so.

Worthy mentions this month... Adam Thomas is back with his remix of John 00 Fleming's - We Close Doors
Steve Birch, Timewave and Simon Templar feature this month as well as a Basil O'Glue flashback that I stumbled across while planning this set.

The 2nd half of the show welcomes one of Chile's finest underground producers - Ovnimoon. Dark, hypnotic, driving psychedelic basslines is his speciality and he's really carved out
that dark hypnotic groove as his signature sound. He's bringing a retro-style trance mix and also working in some of his own productions in his set.
I can't thank Ovnimoon enough for making the time and helping relaunch trancefusions in 2018.

Trancefusions episode 30 is up on the webosphere for all of you to enjoy. Life's getting quite busy once again, however enjoying it all and busy is good. :)

We've got another highly talented progressive artist joining Trancefusions...Mr Pavlin Petrov. He's been around for around 15 years producing top quality underground progressive house and has released on loads of labels. Vesta Records, Bonzai Progressive, Deepersense Music and Suffused music to name a few.

He'll be bringing a deep progressive set in the 2nd hour of the show. The first hour has a Deepersense Music twist to it this month. I recently bought a pile of new music on there and thought to feature quite a few of them on the show. Also in this set there's recent releases from Airwave, some awesome remixes from fellow Aussie Matter, a remix of a Digital Blonde & Simon Monticar collaboration.

Deepersense Music is run by today's Birthday Boy CJ Art and he's got a few tracks in my set. This is an incredible lable with loads of ethnic infused, dark, atmospheric themed tracks, well worth a visit. 

I've also given a big shout out to Rory @ Rawlite for inviting me to play last weekend at Unity Bar. I had a blast and can't wait to do it again.

Lastly, I've recently taken part in a music producing workshop run by Mr Tim Penner. We're 5 weeks into the course and it's been an awesome learning experience. If anyone is out there that wants to learn the basics of producing in a group format, jump on this!!!

Hello and thank you for checking out my debut EP on Deepersense Music - Awakening. The EP background and description has been provided below. I could not be happier in finding a creative home at Deepersense Music. Thank you to everyone for you continued support over the years. Stay tuned for more releases as well!! 

Vernski is the project of very promising Australian music producer Vernon Jones, who we gladly welcomed on our label on the occasion of the recently released „Mesmeric" compilation. His fantastic, mesmerizing track at once drew our attention and we decided to release it at a very special moment. „Awakening" perfectly closed the music journey prepared for you on the 4th anniversary of the label birth. It was also the starting point of a collaboration between us and Vernon. At first we would like to present you the full release of „Awakening", which includes a unique package of remixes prepared by highly respected producers on the electronic music scene from the UK, Brazil and Poland. Suffice to say that on the remix duties we have such names as: The Digital Blonde – delivering his legendary prog trance sound, Forest Weed – with his very distinctive and recognizable take on progressive music, CJ Art – the label head-honcho, who is devoted to deep and hypnotic prog sounds since two decades. A wide range of styles and pace will certainly attract DJs to play prepared versions from this great release in different mixes and in various moments of the set. Enjoy the real underground sound and keep your eyes and ears open for more music from Vernski and our other great artists in the near future!

Welcome back everyone....

Off the back of the recent 00db vs Airwave compilation set, Perth based DJ Stephen Dekker asked for a guest mix for his show. I don't often get asked to do these kind of sets. This set is quite special as it quite cutting edge with very recent releases, along with unreleased music from myself, but it also looks back to the early 00's for a really well rounded journey that is almost 2 hours long.

I really hope you all enjoy this set and be sure to like and repost as well. Thanks for the continued support and comments. I'm still receiving some from sets quite a few years ago.
