This episode features mix by Oregon-based collector Josh Lewellen. His collection focusses on unsung visionaries whose work veers into the uncanny & strange soundalikes. This mix delivers, gathering custom label obscurities & local iterations of national heroes. Josh has titled the mix The Last Shootin’ Match and describes it as "wasted singer-songwriter fare, twilight zone guitar scuzz, late night private rock, and a couple major players roaming the same lost highway -- it’s the music of faded loves and vanishing points."

Carla was born & raised Brazilian and her electronic DJ sets draws on references specially from Latin America and the African continent condensed into high energy electronic and groove dance music. She is a part of the dj duo Batukizer, early known under the label "Epic Vinyls from Brazil", who are world renowned for exposing Brazilian music. She’s also an active part of the Future Female Sounds NGO, as a DJ instructor and performer, providing exquisite and flavored DJ sets.
