I was really angry when I made this track. I'm still fucking angry but now I'm more focused. This song is a big fuck you to everyone who is toxic in my life. I hope the lyrics relate to every one of you listeners.

The vacation was wonderful! It made me refocus myself on my career and I'm starting that by releasing this first song off my EP.

I only connected with this song because now, I've fully accepted the fact that life will always make me feel like a liability. How? You start to lose friends, you get lied to, you're being told that you're the problem, and most importantly, they told me that I am never going to be anything more than just a quote "fat fucking faggot".

It hurts me, still. As much as I feel numb, there's still a tiny part of me that is still alive and I know, slowly it'll die out. How did I know? I can't fall or be in love. The only thing I love is doing this. If I see a guy that I find cute, I just immediately shrug it off or when a man approaches me to flirt, I shut them off. I don't feel alright.

I rarely talk about my feelings because if I did, the people that surrounds me would never WANT to understand the fact that, I too, get hurt. I just got used to it but that doesn't mean I like the intense amount of emotional and mental pain. This song serves as a cry for help because I am drowning with everyone's insecurities.

I hope you can listen to this song and it can heal you from the daily stresses of life. The problem I have is only the surface, the public doesn't have to know the details. I am truly sorry that I can't spill the tea, haha.

This brings back memories that were fond before but now it has only been reduced to being bitter and tainted. I'm sad about it but I'm still angry at this person. Nothing will change that. Thank you for listening!

It took me two years to make my own rendition of this haunting track. Also, the pic is of Icarus from Mirror's Edge: Catalyst. He's hot as fuck and also, the song reminds me of him.

Heathens (Versus Edition)

Avicii's death shocked me and the rest of the world. He was far too young to die. I had so many fond memories of listening to his works and never have I thought that I was going to see him bid farewell in an instant.

I've always admired Avicii's songs but what really cemented my love for him is when he released Seek Bromance back when he used to go by the name Tim Berg. The video features two hot and handsome guys that I wished were a couple while I was watching the video. To my suprise, my wish came true when they had a threesome in the end of the video (I personally thought it was better if it was only the two of them because the girl in the video ruined it for me haha).

From there, he continued to make ground breaking storytelling in both his songs and videos. From Addicted To You that features Bonnie and Claudia, two beautiful, strong women in love with crime and each other to the ever emotional Hey Brother, a video where a young boy is grieving the loss of his only known "brother", his father who died in the war.

Tim Bergling broke the barrier of mainstream electronic music being lifeless and repetitive by injecting soul into its content, immortalizing every work. The electronic music scene was straight men dominated but he gave way to all types of people to be presented equally in a culture that still needs work but is miles better than the past (LGBTQ+, Women, etc.).

He might be gone but his works will live on forever. My message to the people who treasures him dearly, take your time to grieve. Do not skip this emotion like a song in a playlist. Savor the sadness for healing starts when you take little steps to solace and solitude no matter how painful it hurts.

As long as you triumph in the end, it is all worth it.

My deep condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. Rest in power, Tim. You helped cement my decision to pursue a career in music because I saw how much we need songs that defy the norm and songs that shatters glass ceilings. The fight is not yet over. The dream is still ongoing. We can improve how we run the world. Tim showed us it's possible. Now we have to finish the race.
