From concept to format Analog Concept is delighted to bring you the sharp, stimulating electro and techno sounds of the talented yet mysterious Ffriend. 
A lysergic cloaked story is told in the Mondayz EP;  your audio travel visa will be initiated on the A side of the ride through lush permeating pads, epileptic arpeggios, and the 808 jammed program of Issa, while the title track Mondayz and its dub dipped stabs of pleasure with conga percussion is the type of electro that moves the mind and physical in addictive mysterious ways. 

Side B takes a detour to the peaks of Deep courtesy of the driving deep techno house style, charming chirps, and oceanic vibes of Dweet. In addition we have included a stripped back yet magnetically atmospheric and percussive perked remix delicacy from Command D. (Animalia).

A move from her birthplace of Kiev to Chicago, where she grew up, gave DJ and producer Alinka her first taste of house music. Getting her early education from radio shows like Sonic Boom and tracks from local heroes like Cajmere and DJ Funk, she soon became completely engrossed in the dance music scene, leading her to start DJing herself and begin taking on odd jobs at local parties in the city. 

In 2001 she was invited by Justin Long to be a resident at his .Dotbleep party at the legendary Smartbar, where she went on to hold a residency for a decade. Her movements in production came after following a chance meeting with Hercules vs Love Affair vocalist Shaun J. Wright, now her best friend, which led to the pair launching their record label and party Twirl. This would become a home for a lengthy string of collaborative releases, as well as several records via the likes of Crosstown Rebels and Classic. 

Earlier this year, from her now homebase of Berlin, Alinka launched a new label called Fantasy Life with an inaugural EP of infectious house cuts; a solid pre-cursor for what's to come next on the imprint. 

We got her on board for this week's Wednesday Alternative mix, and trust us, you're in good hands...

This Is Your Time! Vol.6 with SIRS and Perdu

We're always on the look out for artists who inject a hefty dose of positivity into their output, especially this year. It's something we're all in need of.

Cue Vienna-based DJ, producer and label boss Jorkes, who radiates good vibes from his very pores. As co-founder of Freeride Millenium, since its launch in 2016 he's had a hand in curating a healthy catalogue that features instalments from Delicate Features, Oberst & Buchner as well as several records from himself. As a DJ he holds down two residencies — one for Stuttgart's Romantica parties and the other for Radio80000 alongside fellow DJ and partner Daniel Rajcsanyi.

As well as giving us the lowdown on Spank the dog, upcoming releases and his former life as DJ Rugrats, he delivers a mix of smile-inducing disco and house cuts. Happy hump day everyone!

tA Mixtape 43 is signed by a duo that has been on our radar for quite some time. 
Italian natives but Berlin-based, these guys represent the link between the old rave party and the new influences from Europe Club
Younger Than Me is the "duo" project of Marcello Carozzi & Francesco Mingrino, 

Their style is recognizable in all their productions e djset and they are resident DJs at monthly party in Tempio Del Futuro Perduto, called Futura, also spreading the vibe in European clubs like Ankali, Jasna 1, Lärm, BAR Rotterdam, Kablys + Club, Griessmuehle, Thuishaven, etc. 

They already released with Dischi Autunno, Tusk Wax and XXX label are co-owner of 90's Wax series 
Definitely, a name to keep an eye on for the next few years.
Their motto is:
"You may stop the party, but you can't stop the future"
No sentence was so right in this period.
