Paradise Loops is a weekly groove infused mix series aimed to provide a backdrop of balearic, anthemic and nostalgic sounds on those sun-soaked glory days.

50 mixes in 50 weeks is some achievement for us, and something we're extremely proud of. Thanks to every single person who's taken the time to listen, share, comment and like any of our material - it truly means a lot. And of course, thanks to every single DJ who's taken the time out to provide us with their own rendition of the PL sound. Here's to many more to come, and some big news in 2 weeks time for our first birthday!

This track opens the Outlier album. It’s built from tension, that kind of magnetic pull on the dancefloor where everything’s unspoken, but understood. A little sweat, a little danger, that flicker of eye contact that changes everything. No introductions. No questions. Just energy.

I wanted something French house inspired, but not obvious. Clean mix, sexy groove, no vinyl static. I created a conversation with the vocal and sax responding to each other, almost like foreplay and that’s where the track finally lets go.

This one's for the ones who never needed to ask.

A Man Called Adam have announced details of a retrospective ‘mixtape’ album release. 

Love Forgotten floats, and it swings. It drifts like sand dunes and it drops like peak time underground. It’s a constant motion built from three decades worth of experiments in sound and song, a left of centre overview of one band’s career as heard in remixes, oddities, outtakes and edits. The result is a perfect flow of ambient electronics, house music and strung out Balearic mixes shot through with musicianship and sounds from all across the globe. 

Lovingly compiled by A Man Called Adam - Sally Rodgers and Steve Jones - from a vast and deep back catalogue, Love Forgotten takes pieces from every stage of their band’s journey and fuses them into a truly hypnotic whole. Reworks of classic singles sit next to commissions for the British Museum; collaborations with Idjut Boys, Sensory Productions and Ibizan legend José Padilla melt into gorgeous sunset acoustic sounds. It’s the perfect mixtape for the endless summer that’s playing out in your head. 

"We had a couple of nice sessions in the studio with Jose and made a couple of nice hyper Balearic deep House tunes. This was the whole take of one of them ‘Still Waters’. It has great momentum and Jose brought that Spanish melancholia to the room."
