this a massive improv and beautiful piece of music! you could come to Konsztrukting Soundz music series at The Fishermen's Chapel in Leigh-on-Sea and play the chapel's small, but well sounding pipe organ!

A Track from 'Wild Life' by The Ding Foundation with Amelia Pimlott, Joey Holden, Chloe Purcell, Miranda Porter & Angela de castro. Toured in 2017. Maybe we'll tour again. This track happened as the set transformed from a woman's flat into a weird fluffy landscape.

Set Transforms

This recording consists of two pieces - Mystery and Gravity.

Mystery has an even pulse on 5 points in a cycle (or circle) but where these points can be intercepted by other numbered points that meet and cross over each other giving Φ both micro (DNA) as well as macro (astrological) significance.

Gravity is piece of music with an original idea of Trevor's that has been developed to include mystical scales within a seven-sided universe.

The Mystery of Gravity

Tessellations 5 for Tracker Action Organ – 'The Sacred Geometry of Sound'. 

At last, thanks to the Novara Jazz Festival commission for an organ perfomance  there has been a chance for me to construct a piece for tracker action organ. Most of these organs are almost exclusively found in Christian churches worldwide. They are exceptional instruments in every sense. 

They are often intricately built to generate many colours using air blown through pipes of differing shapes, dimensions and materials. Tracker action organs are poetically very deep instruments and are completely non-binary. Perhaps more combinatorial (when applied to stop combining) with an organ stop on a tracker action organ; there is a mechanical connection that pulls a plate on a pipe via lines (trackers) and levers that then generates sound depending on that aperture, but already hugely dependant on the pitch, how many other notes are being played, how much wind is being generated, what increment the stop has been pulled (or pushed)The opening part of this piece attempts to illustrate this.

Unlike Tessellations 1, the recorded version of the piece only uses the first half the original 52 pentatonic scales as the main route which stop off at many sites and locations of sound as found in the research. More information on the Tessellations pieces, go to

I put some ideas around a lovely quicksilver 8-bar line Trevor plays that you can hear. His line has various harmonic implications which gave me a chance to use some discoveries of tetrachord pairs that are mirrors to each other. More information about Eternal Triangle can be found at:
