3kelves is taewook 루카스 kang. Originally born in South Korea, now located in San Francisco, he broke out on the scene by winning Disclosure's remix contest — twice!  This brought him worldwide recognition, with spins on BBC Radio 1, Capital Dance, and opening sets for acts like Purple Disco Machine, Chromeo, and SG Lewis.  He now makes his transition to full-on poet, with an EP that showcases his sense of groove, while also delving into deeper subjects.  He calls this an EP of existentialist disco jams.

Secret Soul Society are back with a brand new EP on 23rd Feb via the always classy Citizens of Vice label. Indeed Feel The Need is packed with 4 tracks of Balearic disco bliss, just the way we love it.

Secret Soul Society have been building a rather voracious following over the last couple of years delivering time and again as they strive to keep the Balearic soul alive and vibrant and this EP will keep that momentum rolling nicely.

Our premier today from the EP is Ruby Blues a deep low-slung funker, utilising a rather cheeky sample it’s got both the immediate impact and also bags and bags of head nodding, a*s shakin’ groove. This one will sound just perfect round that Pikes pool once we hit the summer season.

Valmont dévoile Echos Diaphanes II. Après le succès d’estime du premier volume qui culmine à plus de 200K streams, le groupe parisien fait son come-back avec un projet qui explore des sonorités rétro futuriste et nu-disco. ‘Lettres’ fait part de ce renouvellement avec un son qui s’apparente à un blockbuster des 80’s façon Blade Runner, où l’on peut ressentir des influences de Kavinsky. Seul titre sans paroles du projet, ce single capture parfaitement l’essence de la nuit et des longues cogites.

"WAY OUT ft. Au Dré" is a gooey, disco-soul track by Close Counters about societies desire for a messiah-like figure to “save” us, in this instance a Queen. It’s an upbeat exposé on the unrealistic expectations bestowed upon that person, complete with dense synths and driving basslines.
