Hey everyone, here is a track which I have been requested to cover, I am pleased to present to you a cover of perhaps my favourite track of all time: Zelda's Lullaby After hearing the direction of the music in the absolutely spectacular Zelda: Breath of the Wild trailer, I decided to create my own interpretation of the theme. this was written for a creative project assigned in my race and mixed-race literature english seminar. the premise of the song has to do with the struggle that mixed-race people undergo in their lives, specifically wondering if they'll ever truly find a place for themselves in the world and in doing so learn to "fly" or become comfortable with their identity. the song is based off the book "caucasia" by danzy senna which is an excellent read, i highly recommend it, and written from the protagonist's (birdie) perspective. i hope you enjoy! it's a lil different than past songs.
