Dotwish is a special force in the micro/minimal scene, known for his refined sense of groove, subtle sound design, and emotionally resonant rhythms.
His productions glide between precision and playfulness, often rooted in hypnotic repetition and rich textures.

The original tracks have come to life over the past few years. The title track, Buda, was the first new project Dotwish started after an inspiring trip to Budapest, its name paying homage to the city.

This playful and driving piece is accompanied by Dekotora Highway and Slow Motion, the former riding on crisp, rolling grooves, the latter offering a deeper, hypnotic melodic drift.

With Budapest being Mandorla Records’ home, the EP is fittingly completed by three intricate and diverse reinterpretations of Buda, each capturing a different emotional lens.

Last Pines brings warmth and texture with a laid-back yet refined structure, Ambos dives into immersive, dubbed-out territory, while Martin M lifts the energy with a sharper, minimal edge. Each remix standing confidently on its own, yet deeply connected to the spirit of the original.
