This week we are happy to invite one of the most hard-working DJs in Ukraine’s electronic music scene, Nastya Muravoya made a name for herself in her hometown of Kyiv playing iconic parties such as Cxema, and overseas in other integral cities such as Berlin, and Krakow. As well as joining the line-ups for Unsound in Poland and Pohoda Festival in Slovakia last year, she’s made numerous appearances at Berghain. “Before I started playing, I just went to parties to dance. After a while I began to listen to music and in the future just look for tracks that I would dance all night long to. I found my sound very simply. If I like the track, I play it”.

Cheka is a Berlin-based DJ and aspiring sound producer from Ukraine. For the last three years she has been working as a Dj and already had a opportunity to perform at various events all over Ukraine and in the clubs across Europe.

Her repertoire encompasses a wide array of electronic music genres, spanning from breaks, electro, and groove to techno, trance, and acid. Moreover, her original tracks can be described as dynamic beats, characterized by fast-paced percussive elements seamlessly interwoven with vocal elements.

This mix embodies the potent energy of techno hard groove. It captivates listeners from the outset with its gripping beats, drawing them into a realm characterized by chaos. The profound bassline resonates deeply, laying the groundwork for an exhilarating journey.

Nastya Muravyova built her reputation in Kyiv, playing iconic parties like Cxema, and expanding her reach to key cities such as Berlin, Prague, Warsaw, Bratislava, and Krakow. She has played at Unsound in Poland and Pohoda Festival in Slovakia, with multiple appearances at Berghain, solidifying her presence across Europe.

“I started out just going to parties to dance,” she says. “After a while, I began listening more closely, searching for tracks I could dance to all night. I found my sound very naturally—if I like a track, I play it.” Drawing inspiration from post-punk, synth-pop, and punk rock, these influences have shaped her distinctive style.

With sets at Boiler Room, Hör, Laboratorium, Cxema, Berghain, and Tresor, her artistic journey continues to unfold.

This mix was recorded during her time in Ukraine, with the track selection done on a train from Kyiv to Odessa. Packed with groovy vibes, it captures a moment of movement and energy.
