Jay Colin Drops his 2nd solo project “ORIGIN”
With the steam still lingering off his garment from his EDM adventure, the Amsterdam-Southeast native takes a one hundred and eighty degree turn into what is set to be his most ground breaking record to date.
After lighting the fuse to the deep-house torch together with Dj Umek back in 2014 and collecting an IDMA award for best tech house track of the year for “Burnfire” it’s save to say Jay Colin has always strived to be original and not necessarily follow the new wave.
With his new record called “Origin” which contains a sum of 10 well woven tracks drenched in the ora of hiphop,funk and jungle music, Colin is right back at where his love for music started. The vibe for Origin is best described as a fuzzy funk blanked of feel good energy bundled with a heep of positive vibrations.
