Basic Feelings is a Brussels-based producer & DJ. He is resident at l’uZinne in Brussels, and played for clubs and parties such as Zodiak, Fuse, Optimal Bass, just to name a few. 

Passionate about old school techno and vinyl, he plays a various selection of nowadays techno and mostly late 90’s, early 2000’s techno, all blended with the help of his 3 turntables.

Eight years ago, @underthesunset13 journey into the world of partying commenced at the iconic "Opalocka" club in Vilnius. Although his affinity for electronic music predated this, it was at Opalocka that I encountered a vibrant community and culture that continues to shape my experiences to this day.

Fast forward five years, he found himself making his debut as a DJ at the "Funikulierius" festival, having clinched first place in a techno mix contest. However, this milestone coincided with the onset of the pandemic, putting a damper on many plans and aspirations.

Recognizing a desire for more creative expression, I delved into music production about three years ago. One standout moment was crafting music for the theatre production "Bomba," which premiered alongside a techno party.

Additionally, his involvement with the party organizing group, Markuva, spanned three years. Our events in Kaunas often took place in unconventional, off-the-beaten-path locations. Among various roles, curating an electronic music podcast stood out as particularly fulfilling, allowing to connect with a diverse array of local and international artists.
