that delay needs to be slower and softer, vocal needs some more high end. You've gotten to a point where there are not really any distinctive things that you need to improve, just the overall mixing/mastering needs to be better, but you'll learn, you've grown really fast! :)

I started this song 2 years ago as a gift for someone. A few months later, we were no longer on speaking terms, but I decided to keep working on the song since I really liked where it was going. I forgot about it for a while but re-discovered it recently and started working on it again, and finished it tonight. This might be the nerdiest backstory for a song ever, so I apologize. One day I was browsing a music production subreddit and I saw a post about someone who had made a Serum skin (a modification for my music software that changes how it looks) and it caught my eye. I installed it and started messing around with Serum and I ended up making the lead you hear in the drop of this song. The rest just fell into place.
This song is a rare case for me since I actually have liked it ever since I first had the idea for it. Normally I go through multiple phases of hating and loving a song before I release it.
