Mvmnt 1: The the final battle between the sewer mutants and the ground dwelling folk. A battle that has raged for years is finally ended and the mutant uprise is no more.
Mvmnt 2: A Day in the life in the city
Mvmnt 3: The conquered mutants, now slaves in the space mines, plan the revolt and take over the mines. Their plan is of course kiboshed and slaves they shall remain.
Epilogue: The Allied Earth Federation keeps an iron fist wrapped tight around every planet it colonizes
