"Metanoia" is a term that originates from Greek and has been used in various contexts, including philosophy, psychology, and religious or spiritual discussions. Its meaning has evolved, but it generally refers to a profound change or transformation of one's mind, perspective, or thinking. 

“Shepard Tone” is a metaphor for a society that is always on the run, always producing—the constant pursuit of evolution and the stress that follows - like a Shepard Tone. This tune is made with the amazing producer and good friend Nulla Taar - Sangoma Records. 

"Compass” is about having a loved one in tough times like these. When we feel down we tend to isolate, when in reality it’s the opposite we need. This track is about surrendering and the power of connection. 

The beautiful artwork is made by Emiel and the mastering is done by Plus Six Mastering 🌀
