Was going through my old protools sessions and stumbled across this joint. Me and the fam MildMannerdJ recorded this as "The Bullpen" either late 2011 or early 2012. "Recorded in the beginning of November 2010, IFP members Mild Mannerd J, Viberoc, & MikeyManifest laced lyrics over J Cole’s “Who Dat” instrumental. Feeling a need to exercise themselves lyrically, the 3 members strung together an array of strong punchlines and rhythmical lines. The song is even more special because it marked the return of Mild Mannerd J, who has been absent from the group due to being a full time student. In the end, this song was meant to give the audience a different perspective on the group who normally doesn’t remix songs over “mainstream” beats.
