DXRKSPIRAL is a project created by Kevin Mata, born in Chihuahua, Mexico, first gaining knowledge of sound under multiple genres of music, based on trippy melodies with deep kicking basses, he also had a great passion for philosophical themes and lyrics, he is a current student of Psychology, and began his career as a Producer on 2018, he found a place to call home and a comfort zone on the Psy-Minimal Techno and other emerging genres of this style, through all his life, he has been living traumatic experiences, developing a different sense and understanding of this world, that's where the name DXRKSPIRAL first born, then working on himself in the spiritual/psychological manner to converted it on Art, for his career as an Artist.

Devid Dega makes a welcome return to Kuukou, this time working alongside Throne Room and Jeton affiliated Besty Fritz. Together, the duo deploy adroit sound design across 2 powerful and menacing Techno tracks that map out chilly, brutalist spaces.

'XTC' kicks things off. Despite the wide space that the sound occupies, absolutely no power is lost as domineering kicks land with sub splitting force and burnished hats ring out with piercing clarity. The track thunders toward a breakdown that sends sonics down a well before a searing acid signal beams out, sparking things up before an equally potent conclusive chapter. 

'Zero2' follows up and renders another wide-open landscape. A heavy, stoney kick rebounds against a truncated acid bass line that maintains pressure while broad synth sweeps illuminate the distance. A shimmering breakdown opens things wider still as the energy burns right to the close of a record built for DJs and dance floors alike.
