This is actually the first piece I've put together with a REAL bass guitar.  Everything prior to their had their basslines done with a modified setup, using the BooBass VST.  There's not a whole lot particularly special about this and I've actually used a couple of recycled ideas here but I wanted to do a proper metal piece if I'm gunna' break the ice with my new bass.  I don't necessarily have other plans for this track but there will definitely be more soon!

Dullahan (demo)

One of quite a few different tracks I've been working on.  Dullahan started out as a black metal project but has turned into a bit of a "chimera" of genres, as more stuff has been produced.  This was the first of the more recent ones.

Supreme Chaotic Terror

This is actually the most recent track I've produced (as of Jan 29th).  I'm mostly satisfied with the composition BUT there are some kinks I need to work out and probably will have to re-record the swingy bridge section (as well as add proper drum parts for it.  I was totally winging it on that part and kinda' just made it up as I went along.  Then again, that's typically how I write. XD).  The verse sections may come off as slightly repetitive but I intend on keeping them that way.  Must be the Burzum rubbing off on me.

Harbinger of Penitence (WIP)

Although currently bereft of vocals and proper guitar solos, I feel like it's a good time to upload something on here that acts a relevant example as to what I've been putting together nowadays. Vengeful Retribution

Vice Age is a solo, experimental sludge-metal project by Brendan Ford (Artificial Organic), inspired primarily by the workings of bands such as Electric Wizard and Eyehategod.  The style is designed to incorporate sludge-metal with an experimental, occasionally industrial aftertouch.  As of recently, Vice Age has taken on the influence of bands like Superjoint Ritual and Arson Anthem, as well as hints from "crossover thrash" styles and the like.  Although it is still within its very early stages, Vice Age aims to bring something new to the world of underground music.
