Steam Stream Set (Sets) was my first try with record a Set. Then i did Melodic Techno Kitchen (Set), the Raw Steam Stream (Set)and then Technolove Podcast (Set)...Those are not prepared Sets and one Takes. Those Sets are more like recorded Training Sessions for me. Some mistakes there and I obviously still have a lot to learn alot. 

But with the "Hot Pressure Stream" Podcast/Sets, i become more serious. Since Hot Pressure Stream SPECIAL - Virus Antidote - i prepared my Sets with Loops, Cues and more. And i find slowly my Music Taste and mixing Style. I have so much Fun to learning and want more, i am hungry. Technolove!

The guest mix in the second hour is by Franco Paulsen who is based in Melbourne, Australia. A talented DJ/Producer, he has developed a unique sound incorporating driving bass lines and dark melodic themes with epic breakdowns. He does regular techno livestreams on Twitch which are a must see and his most recent EP, “Unified Attack” was released in July 2021 on Onesun Records.

The mix Franco's done for us sums up his history in music. The first rave music he listened to was the Thunderdome compilation in 1993 and he's incorporated the old hardcore sounds with current techno tracks.

He’s been active in the music industry for quite some time and, after working on several music festivals and projects he decided to return to his roots in 2018 and started producing and performing again. He’s also part of the Fuzion team which puts on events in the Netherlands that have attracted thousands of people. His tracks are released on Fuzion Music and his single “Destiny” comes out on 27th Sept 2021. He also has two tracks coming out on LW Recordings before the end of Sept 2021.

- Seeds and Dreams sprouting in Darkness 🖤 - 

- Roul Bauer aka Vicious Steam Engine was born 1978 in Germany. His Techno Passion awoke in the 90ies, with the upcoming Rave Scene in Switzerland & Germany.

The urge to create his own Techno Journeys was born at August 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown. He started producing his own techno tracks one year later. He learned mixing at an Dj/mixing Workshop at Mixmasters.ch. Just for learning/training Sessions, he started an Techno Podcast called "Hot Pressure Stream" at Soundcloud. The Podcast and his Social Media grew steadily and other Guest Djs played at his Podcast, like Anne Rosko, Isca Nublar, 909RIOT, Traumtherapie, Dj E-Viction, Tchie, Andy Pirie, techno X-citement, Dj Capelli, X-Dream and Nao Tamura.

Vicious Steam Engine has been a guest DJ on podcasts such as TECNO OSCURO (2 DjSets), a Darker Wave, Techno Topic by Andy Pirie and RTDFRAVERADIO from Brooklyn. In his latest 2 guest DjSets for RTDFRAVERADIO he played alongside with great Djs/Producer like Franky Bones, Lenny D. , Jim Solis, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Rewilder, Chris Liberator, Dj Papa Smrf, Jay Maniakal, Dj Hoora, Bösetecha, Destro187, Belaroc and many others awesome Djs.

28.11.2021 he released his first EP at TECNO OSCURO: Dark Dance of Gratitude
followed by 18.04. 2022 by "Kill the Silence"EP.
Since 2023 he focused really deep on music production. He was at 2 Techno retreats of Mixmasters.net in Ibiza, where he learned from legends such as Funk Dvoid, Patrik Berg, Harvey Mckay, Wehbba and Josh Wink. Now he is currently taking an online course in Electronic Music Production at Björn Thorwellen's Sinee Institute and try to master his Abelton Push 02.
