BIO
 
Abject Geo is a DJ known for his contributions to the Spanish techno scene in the late 1990s, performing under the name Paco Pozas.
 
He started his career DJ’ing in clubs in Castilla Leon, where he gained national attention with appearances on Zona 3, the legendary Radio 3 show hosted by Sonia Briz, where his sets introduced him to a broader audience.
 
Then he moved to Madrid, where he became a familiar face at clubs like Long Play, Coppelia, La Lupe, Kashba, Fabric, and Arena, where he built a solid reputation for deep, emotional sets that moved between Progressive House, Tech House, and early Techno. His DJ sessions resonated at countless raves and private parties, cementing his reputation for delivering deep, driving, and emotionally charged sets.
After some time away from the scene, he is now based in Vancouver, where he’s returned to DJing with a fresh perspective and a couple new names: Abject Geo for Techno and Abject Rhythm, for House and Tech House sets.

- Roul Bauer aka Vicious Steam Engine was born 1978 in Germany. His Techno Passion awoke in the 90ies, with the upcoming Rave Scene in Switzerland & Germany.

The urge to create his own Techno Journeys was born at August 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown. He started producing his own techno tracks one year later. He learned mixing at an Dj/mixing Workshop at Mixmasters.ch. Just for learning/training Sessions, he started an Techno Podcast called "Hot Pressure Stream" at Soundcloud. The Podcast and his Social Media grew steadily and other Guest Djs played at his Podcast, like Anne Rosko, Isca Nublar, 909RIOT, Traumtherapie, Dj E-Viction, Tchie, Andy Pirie, techno X-citement, Dj Capelli, X-Dream and Nao Tamura.

Vicious Steam Engine has been a guest DJ on podcasts such as TECNO OSCURO (2 DjSets), a Darker Wave, Techno Topic by Andy Pirie and RTDFRAVERADIO from Brooklyn. In his latest 2 guest DjSets for RTDFRAVERADIO he played alongside with great Djs/Producer like Franky Bones, Lenny D. , Jim Solis, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Rewilder, Chris Liberator, Dj Papa Smrf, Jay Maniakal, Dj Hoora, Bösetecha, Destro187, Belaroc and many others awesome Djs.

28.11.2021 he released his first EP at TECNO OSCURO: Dark Dance of Gratitude
followed by 18.04. 2022 by "Kill the Silence"EP.
Since 2023 he focused really deep on music production. He was at 2 Techno retreats of Mixmasters.net in Ibiza, where he learned from legends such as Funk Dvoid, Patrik Berg, Harvey Mckay, Wehbba and Josh Wink. Now he is currently taking an online course in Electronic Music Production at Björn Thorwellen's Sinee Institute and try to master his Abelton Push 02.
