SUBSHIFT is a DJ/Producer from the UK.

He experiments with his music but spends the majority of his time producing a heavy tech house sound. 

Releases on labels such as Insomniac Records, Confession Label, The Myth Of NYX, Terminal Underground and more have caught the eye of many.  Having performed at iconic venues such as the O2 Forum Kentish Town and Ministry of Sound in London, SUBSHIFT has a growing fan base which followed him to his headline show at Thekla (Bristol) in 2022 whilst also performing at multiple shows at ADE. SUBSHIFT is also on his way to Belgium this summer as he is performing at Tomorrowland 2023.

His music has been played around the world by renowned artists such as DJ Snake, Lost Frequencies, Tchami, Malaa, ACRAZE, Habstrakt, Chris Lorenzo, Wax Motif as well as getting plays on BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and Sirius XM.

Up next, Toolroom welcome LA based DJ and producer Noizu to the label, debuting with his remix of Mark Knight, Green Velvet and Rene Amesz – ‘Live Stream’. One of the most in-demand DJs right now, after scoring critical acclaim with his nostalgic Piano House banger ‘Summer 91 (Looking Back)’, which saw huge success for the artist back in 2020, catapulting Noizu to the very top of festival bills and tours around the world. Along with a series of releases on Black Book, Insomniac, Process Records and his own Techne imprint, Noizu has firmly planted himself as one of the most exciting acts in dance music today and his remix of ‘Live Stream’ is testament to that.

Diving deep and pulling up a Toolroom classic from the 2016 archives, Noizu delivers a powerful rendition of ‘Live Stream’, ramping up the energy of the original to a whole new level, cutting it fresh for dance floors in 2023.

Focusing on the key elements which made Mark Knight, Green Velvet and Rene Amesz original collaboration so compelling, with Noizu’s keen ear for music production and dance floor knowledge, tied together by Green Velvet’s trademark lyrical genius makes his remix of ‘Live Stream’ a serious contender for record of the year.
