How can WE as consciousness be unconscious?

Physical, Mental and Emotional thresholds. Where is all this chaos, war and illness taking us? In a time of great despair there is hope and there is a way free from all the fear. You can release the chains of the emotional reactors that are draining your life chi and live a life above the fear. This time is here and you can arrive at this space above the fear and that is when an where life truly begins.

Do you think you get overwhelmed easily? Do you think your to sensitive? Do you judge yourself for feeling this way? Do you start your day in tears? Listen in…..❤️

overwhelmed as soon as you step out of bed?

This meditation 🧘‍♀️ calm your central nervous system from over stimulation. Do you find yourself spinning at times? Do you feel floaty? Do you feel overwhelmed? Spun out? Confused? Worried? Stressed? 

Find a quite space where you feel comfortable. Even if you have to go to your car or the bathroom when you feel the fear of being overwhelmed.

Stop the Madness! Meditation

Are you your emotions? Emotions could also be just an experience that we feel like when watching a movie. We may have an emotional experience but we don’t take it in personally. Mmmmm. What if the same is true about life? Except we have been taught they are real and they are us? That would make us afraid to feel out of fear would it not?

I have studied, lectured and healed so many with the proper regime of pure h2o.

Elixar of the Core

Feelings and Emotions are they the same? If so, what is the Soul? I always thought that the heart was eternal and that only higher thoughts go with us. However, the words have been misused and now it may have gotten many confused even more. I know it fooled me for a very long time the deep rooted answer.

Picture tells it all. First picture I was going though the unconscious. Not by choice at that time. I was in dark space after breaking my neck. As I have discovered, uncovered and released all the clutter, chatter and mental crap that takes all our energy and we are left empty. So, we try to cover up and keep going.
