Victor Norman is back with two hard hitting tracks. 
As you know his sound, there is a bit of light and deep darkness. 

"I Min Skog" is an eyes down, introspective trip with a minimalistic techno approach. 
"Canopy", looking up, is more of an extensive track.    

Both tracks come along with dripping atmosphere made for the floors - the small and the big ones.

Unfortunately my recording device ran out of batteries before I even got started but the set went so well that I decided to record it from home for posterity. Huge thanks to everyone who was there!

Ahoi, you roughneckes and mermaids - let us talk about the deep for a while … The word itself has so many meanings and uses; it has deep meaning, it can refer to distance,  a person can be deep, sleep can be deep, music can be deep. The deep is something unknown, something fascinating, something feared. In western society we are taught no to look down. We are strive upwards. When we die, if we are good, we go up to heaven. If we are bad we go down, to hell. To feel up is to be happy, when we are down we are sad. Up is good. Down is bad. It is very telling of us humans as a species that we have gone so far into space, vested so much of our collective effort into exploring what’s up there, but still know almost nothing about what exists in the deep below. We generally do not like to think of what goes on in the deep. But for me the deep has always been a source of inspiration, a place of calm and beauty. Happiness has no direction.

And so when I met Captain https://www.soundcloud.com/rolandson in Berlin earlier this year I immediately asked if I could do a special trip for him. I already had an idea forming in my head of a mix that was a journey into the depths of both ocean and consciousness, and what better platform than the Seaside Trip to launch it from? And here we are, almost six months later, after much preparation my rusty old sub is ready to launch. I hope you enjoy the journey down.
