First, he comes up with some crazy loop from a Jesse Boykins III record called Pantyhose and kills that then gets grimy with Common's record 7 Sins. The way this MC put words together is incredible and he leaves us wondering "why he isn't bigger than what he is?"

Over the past 20 years, Vic Spencer has become one of the most respected figures in underground hip-hop culture as a whole.
