His music and positive message inspired me over the past years, so I was motivated to write some music trying to capture some of his soulful and warm sound.

The Charleston Is The Best Dance After All - Andors Jazz Band 1996

A real "tour de force" for me because of the uncomfortable key this piece is written in :-).
Composer: Turk Murphy; My inspiration however came from my all time idol Daniel Barda, a great traditional jazz trombone player from France and very active in the 80's. (still active!)
Recorded in the former Amsterdamse Jazz Club (1982 or 1986?) by "Fred Horn's Recording Group"; 
But the project got stuck; "incompatibilité des humeurs" or something like that.
So, no LP, no decent bandname, no pictures either.
