陳昱康 99SIRIUS 從小就接觸了音樂，國小學木吉他，高中玩樂團彈電吉他，在大學時樂團也發行了EP，也拿下了許多音樂比賽的獎項，參加過無數的獨立樂團音樂祭表演。
在23歲時，接觸到了Techno這音樂曲風，讓他無法自拔的掉入電子音樂的世界裡。
99是當時玩樂團時的外號叫舅舅，Sirius則是他在特別的冥想打座經驗裡，憶起他的靈魂是從天狼星來地球，幫助地球母親揚升的。
在他的故事裡，他認為在台上放著Techno的DJ 們，都是巫師 薩滿 祭師 或大法師，藉由音樂的每個聲響情緒，帶領這大家內在意識的合一。
在台上表演的他認為他不單單只是放著歌混著音，而是設下一個宇宙銀河中央太陽的能量結界，藉由音樂的能量頻率，去淨化去揚升每個在現場同樂的靈魂，就像是極樂世界的精神領袖，在台上放著Techno，內在卻忙著用第七靈力感應傳送宇宙所有的訊息畫面感覺給台下所有的有緣人。
他說過：我不單純只是一個DJ而已，我是一位靈性掌能者，超脫了所有的宗教儀式法會，在派對中，完成所有我所接到的宇宙任務，我相信音樂，我相信Techno。

99SIRIUS was in touch with music from childhood.
He played guitar since elementary school , played electric guitar in high school band. 
He also released Extended-Play when in college and won a lot of prizes in contests , even attended so many performances of indie bands. 
When he was 23 , he was completely fascinated by Techno Music. 
“99” was the nickname for the band then ; “Sirius” is a planet. One time in his meditation, he found out that his spirit was coming  from Sirius to help Mother The Earth to ascension.

In his eyes, DJs are wizards, Shamans,priests and masters  when they play Techno just like each pitch is an energy of emotion to bring spirits together. 
When he is playing on the stage, he thinks that no only just “playing” but set a zone which is full of the power of the universe to clean every soul who’s listening. 
Like he said :”I’m not just a DJ, I’m a Spiritual Power Walker , surpassing all the faiths to complete the missions from the universe. I believe in music. I believe in Techno.

In the last 15 years, Viktor has been aspiring to make electronic music an integral part of his life. With a decade of dedication, he has transformed himself into an important member in the electronic music scene in Taiwan.  He is a DJ, party promoter, festival founder, graphic designer, and music producer. 

In 2011, he released his first single " The Wonderland" under the Taiwanese label "Revox Record".  His iconic festival brand " Eden Hill Festival" has been successfully attracting music lovers from all over the world, especially in Europe. 

He is one of the rare characters that tries to perform in many different fields to express his artistic soul.  He is an artist who transcends trend and formulates to create a musical language that can be difficult to describe, but simple to enjoy. His style blends House & Techno from bright, warm melodic vibe to healing your soul to the unexpected groovy hard and dark techno journey to make you dance all night long.  He thinks electronic music can, and should, have a message.  The infinite palate of sounds and textures give the power to evoke much more complex feelings and mindscape than the traditional instruments. It's a pure soulful therapy to create a transcending vibration and resonates the balance of the frequency in your universe.

I'm soul seeker in finding truth and joy in music. I do love interaction with people thru music, which is universal language, no matter what genre it is. It's the vibration that brings us here. Thank you for all the sharing that moulds our universe and possibilities.
