My Lifeline

Hey there. I’m Victor Barros, a Brazilian doctor by day, songwriter by heart. After years of keeping these songs to myself, I’m finally sharing some of the music I’ve been writing over the past five (or so) years.

I’m not a professional musician,  just a guy with a guitar, a voice that shows up when I’m sad or drunk (or both), and a deep love for the blues. Everything I play carries a bit of that bluesy grit, whether it’s something I wrote or a cover I twisted into my own.

I don’t stick to one lane. I believe every genre’s got soul, so I like to blend styles, chase whatever emotion the song demands. My process is simple: lyrics first, harmony later,  always rooted in whatever I was living or feeling at the time.

I’m here to put those feelings out into the world. If even one person connects with it, feels understood, or just nods along with a smile, well, that’s already more than I could ask for.
