With some healthy reluctance I will leave the city in which my interest in Deep House related music started 2 years ago, but I am curious what Amsterdam will bring me :). Marius is one of the most talented and uprising DJ and Producer in our hometown Stuttgart. His love for music and vinyl were not only decisive factors for Marius Lehnert to establish himself as a DJ but are still the basis for his passionate work today. Marius attracted bigger attention for the first time through his residency in the notorious Club Rocker 33 in Stuttgart. 
Over the years, he consolidated his typical style which is always melodic-groovy and never without soul, no matter whether he supported one of the huge acts of the game or appeared as a headliner himself. In so doing, his musical spectrum ranges from Deep House and Tech House to rather technoid sounds.
In addition to being a DJ and promoter, Marius also focused more and more on producing electronic music over the last years.
Over the next years, some more releases followed on several labels, and a couple of tracks together with Arno Mueller on Parquet Recordings with international recognition. His track "Vere" was also part of the "Ten Years Parquet Recordings" anniversary compilation and was played all around the globe.

After releasing music for several years under the name Big Mister Doom, Ian Scott and Joe Wretham formed Buran in 2015 to explore a more focused sound, with their eye clearly on the dance floor.

Since forming Buran has become a full time project with recent releases on Beachcoma, Roam Recordings, Det-Sync and a number of successful collaborative releases with Timothy ‘Heretic’ Clerkin with more under development. 

2017 looks to be a busy year with releases of new material on Night Noise and various remix projects underway alongside Buran continuing to play out and develop their full live show first debuted in late 2016.

And that's what Leipzig/Germany based Marcel Sterling alias Marc DePulse wants to tell us with his releases and podcasts: there is no box into which you must fit in because you are free in your mind to do whatever you love. Being real, being authentic, being a full time music lover. That means: go to bed and wake up with only music in your head.

Whoever shed some tears while listening to emotional music can relate to what Marc is trying to achieve. It has to be “music to remember” and make a big impact. And that could be a melody, a baseline, steady percussion or strong vocals. Marc has already connected a lot of that love with his music. In more than a decade represented by the strongest labels (150+ releases) and performing on the biggest international stages, Marc has established as a unique producer and DJ.

After releases and remixes on Noir Music, Traum Schallplatten, Definition:Music, Katermukke, Selador – just to name a few – Marc is currently working on his second artist album which will be released in 2017 on his homebase label Einmusika Recordings.

According to his own productions, Marc is running the rising label JEAHMON! Records and opened another platform for the artists origins. “How I Met The Bass” is a storyteller podcast project which became a big brand yet.
