For our first release of 2019, we welcome rising talents Fhaken and Wayne Madiedo with their 'Gees Bee' EP.

The first title track of the EP utilizes a famous sample paired with a minimal rolling groove that's sure to cause damage on dancefloors with its low-end power.

Up next we have 'The Jamm', which continues the grooves nicely, ebbing and flowing between the sections smoothly. This one is a percussive 'jam' that you'd expect to be dropped on the Amnesia terrace. 

Rounding off the EP is 'Everybody', which finishes things off in style.

Victor Valora, Peter Hatman - Bamboo (Original Mix)

The next release on Black Seven Music comes in the form of a collaboration between Lophius Rec & Guti Legatto. ‘Hold You Tight’ comprises two original cuts, accompanied by a remix from mrT & SimoV. Fresh off the back of releases on the likes of Tonic D Records & Fine Music, the pairing deliver the cardinal entry in our release catalogue with a combination of standout Tech House tracks.

Opening the release, the title track kicks the door open with punchy drums and a swinging groove. Skipping hat rhythms bounce off the top of a catchy bassline and meet a captivating vocal hook in the bridges of the track. Ferocious peaks and drops throughout make this a primetime go-to!

Next up, mrT & SimoV deliver a stripped-back remix of ‘Hold You Tight’. Retaining a slice of the bounciness of the original, the remix delivers a more rolling vibe, focussing heavily on percussive elements to give it an undulating sense of hypnotism. Shakers, tonal toms and a terrace-type feel, a track oozing class from the first bar.

Closing the release, ‘Get You Free’ continues the trend of bumpy, bottom-heavy grooves. Another intricate layering of rhythmic elements and potent low-frequencies - driven by an attention-grabbing vocal topline. Percussive-focused high-energy tech house with an underground feel; offering something outside of the box to keep the dancefloor on their toes.

Next up on Black Seven Music, Kubbo Records frontman Gustaff delivers a whopping EP in the form of ‘Back On Cluj’. Following on from releases on Lemon-Aid, Distance Music, Libero and more, The Salamanca-based artist makes his debut with two original cuts and a pair of striking remixes from Libero label boss Dan Costello, Chris Brooks and Venezuelan artist, Marlon C.



Kicking things off, the title track fits the archetypal mould of Black Seven’s foundational acoustic format. Punchy drum work collides with the scattering of hats and shakers to build a shuffling groove. Beyond that, the track has a robust and driving low-end bassline accompanied by subtle synth hits and tonal percussion. It’s all tied together with frequent injections of a memorable vocal topline - a track with the whole package indeed!



Following on nicely from the original, Libero’s Dan Costello treats us to an upbeat adaptation of the original with impressive grit and gusto. Bringing a signature slice of his imprint to the table, this quintessentially groovy remix is pacey but still somehow pleasantly nonchalant. The real magic lies within the seemingly endless layers of perfectly panned and EQ’d percussive elements that fill every frequency field on the spectrum. As much of a sensory experience as it is a dancefloor heater.



Chris Brooks takes things up a gear and a few pounds too, with his roaring re-do of the title track. A ferocious spin on an already captivating track, this remix screams peak time crammed terrace dancefloor at the top of its lungs. Climatic builds and thunderous throwdowns to tie a knot at each end of its heavyweight underbelly that pulsates from start to finish. If you like your Tech heavy, this one will pique your interest.



Taking things back deeper, ‘Wet Western’ is an interestingly creative track with a tonne of weight. Drawing for a loaded low-frequency sub that fires continuously throughout the track’s main segments, they make the perfect partner for its pounding kicks and loosely swung percussive structure. A track with a Latin presence and tribal power along with a splash of the old wild west, you’ll be collecting the bounty on this one a few times over.



Finishing strong with Marlon C’s Remix of the b-side, it comes with a bassline reminiscent of the early days of house music. Carrying an undeniably authentic slither of Chicago influence, it floats flawlessly between the remix track and segments of his creative depth - making for an experience that doesn’t tire in its enjoyment, making it a timeless piece of music.



An impressive package to continue 2021 in a big way, Gustaff’s ‘Back On Cluj’ EP (incl. Chris Brooks, Dan Costello & Marlon C Remixes) is proudly presented by Black Seven Music.

Victor's life has always been marked by the urge to express himself creatively.

At age 14 he started playing bass and in the beginning of his 15th year he started writing songs and playing around town with his band, giving him a glimpse of the life on stage. At age 18 he decided that his artistic path should continue with electronic music. 

Since then he has played in most of the clubs in the country including world top 100 - Yalta Club and has shared the decks with more than 30 of the major names in the scene.

His music is defined by a pumping tech-house beats mixed with dark percussion elements, energetic high hats, and mysterious vocals which when combined create that distinctive feeling of groove that you can find in his production and sets.
