Korg’s venerable Electribe ER-1 Drum Machine is a somewhat rare commodity in the lineage of great drum machines. We beg to differ…! Often overlooked as its not made by Roland, it combines an XOX sequencer with a super powerful drum synth engine, a few raw samples (perhaps directly copied from roland…!), and Korg style motion sequencing. Our studio engineer and drum synthesis expert Z Lovecraft has made a whopping pack filled with FM, ring mod, subtractive and sample based drum synthesis. Expertly designed for any techno, electro, house, UK bass, trap or experimental electronic producer.
