Like spring, good things are worth waiting for, like this new mix. Federico Molinari @fedemolinari introduces us to a jungle of elevating sounds, an eclectic catalog of ambient, IDM and leftfield, the result of years of research, experimentation and fine taste. Springs orbiting in universes where laidback drum machines and acoustic drums, synths, filters and echoes build up a fun psychedelic landscape of electronica. From Argentina based in Berlin, Federico Molinari invites us to a very trippy, smooth ride.

Federico Molinari On the Alley

Tomhas embraced music from the early age of 12, finding comfort, guidance and an escape from his sometimes chaotic childhood. Playing music helped him find peace during difficult times and was his loyal companion in good moments. 

Although house and techno are his solid foundation, his musical taste is constantly evolving. Experimenting with deep, minimal, progressive, dub infused or electro tracks from both past era’s as new.

With his records, he crafts mesmerizing stories through his DJ sets, creating a unique soundscape tailored to the atmosphere of the moment. 
He takes you on a journey, carefully transitioning between different tracks to build energy and evoke emotion.

As a producer, he changed his point of view after more than a decade of chasing non existing measurements. He developed a new sense of creativity where he combines his sequencer, drummachines, romplers, and synths, with which he's been able to produce some solid work. In the last couple of months, this already resulted in releases on the Fixed:Composite VA and a solo EP on The Void Project, where he's been receiving much praise for his work.

Over the last 2 decades, Tomhas played a variety of well known clubs and events in and around Belgium. Including some passages at our own Brüxsel Jardin gatherings. So we are delighted to have him featured on our Sign Of Growth series.

Ayant sillonné les meilleurs spots alternatifs des plus grandes villes françaises et allemandes, Mathilde est proche des scènes minimales alternatives : Katapult, Smallville records, ou bien le Club der Visionäre... Elle façonne ses sets à grand coup d'ambient, de breakbeat et de minimale habillement fusionnés. Sa musique est toujours imprégnée d'une énergie groove, une caractéristique également présente dans ses propres compositions.
