The music reflects episodes of life, searching for peace within and outside, finding peace inside and out in reltionships and the people around it.
Yet it also reflects disruptions in peace by running away or having people run away from you. 
What does it mean to have a healthy relationship to yourself? And the people you love?
How do you find balance when your heart is not just in one place, but in multiple places or multiple interests? 
Will you find balance? And if so, for how long?
Many questions of life that are thrown at you, yet there is one constant. 
Love is everywhere, in you, around you, and in life. Do not search to find.

A celebration of my friends that made Amsterdam feel like home to me. These sets were recorded as a reflection of what we built together.

Laurent is someone who has shaped me more than he probably realizes. From late-night mixes in smoky rooms to sunrise tear-downs after our own events, he’s been a mentor, a co-conspirator, and a brother in sound.

He taught me a lot about DJing — not just the technical part, but the art of feeling a crowd, trusting intuition, and letting music breathe. His selections are always playful, deep, and full of soul, much like himself.

Our Vreugdevuur nights are a reflection of that spirit: spontaneous, communal, and filled with warmth.

A celebration of my friends that played the largest role in making this city be this beautiful to me. We recorded these sets 1 year ago as a goodbye to the space and our dynamic, but also a confirmation of our bond.

Jari is in many respects a brother to me, a brother that has influenced me and my progress in the last years significantly. We are not only both tall and have the same hair style, admittedly Jari's is quite a bit better than mine, but share a passion for the same music, culture, and food.

Jari is a special person, not only in my life. With a clear passion for textiles he is shaping the world one design at a time - a passion that showed me how some people find ways to align their passion and job in one. Outside of his profession he has the greatest ear for soulful sounds that I know. He does not only breathe it with his looks, clothing, and demeanor, but has some of the best collection of records within this niche. For this set he therefore dusted off all the classics from Michael to N.E.R.D, I can say no more than that I am a proud friend!
