Pastelence was born of the yin and yang between Adam King (aka Adaimia) and Deany Sevigny. They share a love of heavy dance music, obscure hyperpop and indie electronica with unabashed socio-political commentary, and they revel in both the lighter peaks and the darker recesses of electronic music.

Archipelago - New Jazz City (Vieon Remix)

It's that song from Deus Ex! The chord changes were particularly difficult to get sounding elegant, as they're triggered separately in-game and aren't part of the same song, so I ended up using a filter on the strings to create a sense of transition, although YMMV on how successful that's been. Comments welcome as always! Original credit for this one goes to Alexander Brandon, who did such a good job of the original Deus Ex OST.

My take on Kraftwerk's classic "Computer Love" from the 1981 album Computer World. Ended up being quite a chilled, spacey track, with lots of delay and reverb, hope you like it :-)

Starfighter

Vieon is the electronic musical project of Matt Wild, based in Coventry, UK. Their sound spans such influences as Jean-Michel Jarre, Daft Punk, Kraftwerk and several classic 80’s synthesizer film soundtracks, fused into a dramatic and engaging audio-visual live show complete with projected live-triggered visuals and a host of unusual instruments, including the famed Theremin. Formed in 2014 and now a live three-piece, the band has travelled extensively, performing to audiences across the UK in Europe. A third full length album is planned for 2019, and a European tour is scheduled for the autumn.
