With an early immersion in techno, he has developed a deep passion for the genre in his early age and has a wide selection of sub-genres.

Meet Patryk (Dunajsk1) who’s a young producer and DJ currently based in Birmingham, UK. 
His sound is constantly evolving since he started producing nearly two years ago.
He’s quickly finding his sound, which can be categorised as deep, hypnotic, groovy techno. 
Although being relatively new to producing his debut EP ‘Malformation’ has garnered serious traction and has been picked up by heavy-weights such as Future666 and Ali3n.

This mix consists of a finely selected list of Hard Groove tracks with hypnotic tones. The mix was freestyle performed using the tracks from this list. With mostly 3 tracks at the same time. 

DJP in his own words: 

I enjoy mixing and creating hard groove tracks with cheerful, adventurous, and experimental sounds. However, I prefer to mix them with hard groove tracks that are both hypnotic and energetic, providing an exciting contrast. I often find this distinction in the drum elements of a track, and I make a conscious effort to select tracks with this in mind when creating my mix.
 Regarding production, I often gravitate towards busy, cheerful, fast-paced drums accompanied by lively and adventurous sounds, melodies and vocals.

Hailing from the concrete jungle of Birmingham, 24 year old DJ Dozen first began his mixing journey back in the peak of Covid lockdown. Since then he has been sharpening his skills and selections which have helped create his unique sound and style.

Dozen about himself:

Although I started mixing with Drum&Bass, I discovered a deeper passion for the music around a year ago and visiting the techno capital of the world;Berlin. Witnessing the scene in its most organic form, I felt compelled and motivated to express my new found love for this techno through punchy bass and intricate sounds. I can’t wait for what the future holds and hope to share my journey with all who share a similar passion.

V I K B and WËBER are a duo from Birmingham, United Kingdom, and the founders of KAPTÄR Events. Together they’ve carved out a distinctive approach to techno, one that thrives on breaking structures, teasing drops, delaying them, or skipping them altogether to build tension before unleashing explosive moments on the floor. The result often feels harder than it really is, driven by a sound that’s dark, groovy, and unpredictable.

Blending subgenres into a seamless flow, they merge rolling grooves, eerie textures, distorted noise, and hypnotic loops stretched to infinity. The outcome is a sound that feels unsettling, trippy, and euphoric all at once.

Rejecting the generic, their vision is pure intensity: techno that moves the body while ripping through the mind, leaving the crowd suspended between awe, confusion, and ecstasy.

Im 24 years old and Im from Budapest, I’ve  been listening techno  about 10 years and playing for 1 year

My sound is hardgroove / proper techno: uncompromising and honest. I shape hypnotic journeys built on repetitive, deep-pulsing basslines, dark and energetic grooves, sharp hi-hats and tribal elements. Every set is about creating a raw yet captivating atmosphere, where the dancefloor gets carried into pure intensity and timeless flow.
