Came the day when I decided to put the album in the public domain "Not only silence between us", which lay on the shelf for about 2 years. This work for me was as a ground for today's product that I've created and continues to create. In  the album I used some fragments and vocal performance from artists such as: Rashid Bhikha, Ibrahim Maalouf, Ircan Irmak, Keith Jarrett, Frédéric Chopin, Vera Hall, LaShun Pace. 

Special thanks to modern abstract expressionist painter Alexey Kuznetsov for the cover art for the album.

They now take a big step forward in founding a Label. Their first official release, SONIDO TRÓPICO VOL. 1, contains 13 tracks that put into waves exactly what Sonido Trópico is all about. The Producers and DJs who's work appear on this first album have not only played at Sonido Trópico's already infamous parties, but have worked alongside Sonido's 4 Resident DJs (Spaniol, Nirso, Salvador Araguaya & El Peche) in bringing new life and energy to the Sâo Paulo scene. Together they have reinterpreted and expanded, beyond precedent, the horizons of electronic music within the ultra-creative scene in São Paulo.

Named after a bus stop where the duo had the initial inkling for this album, Terminal Caribe serves as the point of departure for an entrancing journey through a wildly varied world of sound. Soulful melodies, captivating harmonies, colorful orchestration, polyrhyhmic percussions and marimbas, and deep bass lines combine with heartwarming vocals and the sounds of sea to tell a tale that is at once epic, melancholic, spacy and irresistibly groovy. 

Santi (from Asunción, Paraguay) and Tuğçe (from Istanbul, Turkey) left their homes to follow their dreams of music and have been road companions and musical partners for more than a decade. They collaborated on two full length-albums, four EPs and numerous singles which captivated listeners worldwide. With their 2016 EP El Regreso del Gallito, “Santi & Tuğçe rewrote Paraguayan folklore” (Thump Vice, Brazil) and with their Songs for My Grandmother, selected as one of the best albums from Turkey in 2017 by Beehype, they remade Turkish classics for contemporary audiences. Santi & Tuğçe - Coco Astral

Oráculos y Oasis is my first release with guest musicians. And it was a huge pleasure that i had this opportunity. On the track Oráculos, you can hear Janosch Marti playing the trombone, he is a very good friend of mine. It brought the track on a totally different level. In Oasis, my father Daniel Fasching laid down some accordion lines, which gave that track this slight melancholic touch but still so full of joy.
